This course will help students become job ready for businesses such as cafés, delis, bakeries, catering, hospitality, and kitchens in specific locations such as aged care facilities. The training will give students the opportunity to gain key skills and/or recognition in food handling, food preparation and barista/café duties.

Friday: 8.45 am – 3.30 pm
Students must be prepared to complete required homework each week.
