Course Overview
Students will have the opportunity to experiment with a range of jewellery and object making techniques. Through a design process, students will produce a jewellery collection and hold a mini market selling their products.
This is a school-developed program giving students an opportunity to meet the SACE requirements through designing and producing a range of jewellery. The course is based around practical assignments that will cover design development and developing a body of work. Activities may include involvement in college events as a focus for planning, organising and participating in a fashion stall/exhibitions.
The course has a focus on skill development and collaboration to aid students in developing their planning, organisational, collaborative research, reflecting and analytical skills.
