Staff Morning Tea – Hosted by BICC

Staff were warmly acknowledged at a Morning Tea on Thursday 18 September, generously hosted by the Burnside Inter-Church Council (BICC). The event recognised the dedication, care, and compassion shown by staff in our daily support of students and was a much-appreciated gesture of thanks. We are also grateful for BICC’s ongoing support of Tim Wells, the pastoral care worker based at Marden.
Year 12 student leader receptions with the Governor of South Australia

This event acknowledged the important role of student leadership and provided students with the opportunity to meet the Governor of South Australia, Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson. Keira Sanchez and Drew Trimboli admirably represented the student body, engaging with confidence and maturity, and reflecting the college’s values of respect, excellence, and diversity.
Student Quiz Night

The Quiz Night was a student-led initiative and a resounding success, raising valuable funds for the charity Health in Focus to support services and resources in rural and remote communities. The evening was filled with fun, laughter, prizes, and friendly competition, made possible through organisation of Vedanti, Sruja, and Aarushi. Their leadership and initiative clearly demonstrates the impact of student agency.
