As I changed schools for my senior years, I encountered teachers that changed my perception of learning, where positive relationships were created and teachers took time out of their day to make these connections. I now know, by personal experience, how students can benefit academically, through creating strong bonds and good relationships with teachers.

I chose Marden for the flexible study options and the supportive environment. Due to the amazing help from teachers, I’ll be one of the first in my family to graduate year 12 and go to university.

I chose to start at Marden in year 11 due to the outstanding results. Marden is a completely different environment to my old school, which was really good for my studies. The freedom and relationships built with teachers helped me grow in my studies.

At my old school I really struggled with attendance and school work. Since coming to Marden, I found it a really supportive environment which meant I was able to complete my year 12 and have great options for the future which I thought I would never be able to do.
