Students will investigate dietary, lifestyle, and healthy eating patterns with a specific focus on nutrients in foods. In addition, factors which affect food choices as well as learning how to read and compare food labels to ensure good health will be investigated. Students will explore these issues in Nutrition by applying their knowledge and understanding through a range of practical and written tasks.
