This course allows students to explore the various aspects of the Food Industry eg Barista, Bakery, Hospitality.
The assessment tasks are the same for everyone but these are individualised to suit the student, their interests and past experiences with the food industry.
Students will combine with the VET Food Processing Certificate class to prepare recess and lunch options from our school canteen as part of their course.
There is a compulsory section of work regarding Food Handling, Food Safety and WHS that must be completed at the start of the course.
